REMLUTION NO. 411
A REMLUTION PROVIDING FOR AN ADJUSTMENT OF iDOT-
AGE ON LIENS AGAINST TATS IN FRANKLIN SUBD. PB 5-34
AN SET FORTH IN IMPMVEtc?IT 113TRICT 11-209
AHEREAS, by Resolution No. 395 the City Council did on the 3rde
day of April, A. D. 1951 confirm the Preliminary Assessment Roll for
Imrproveriant Distri-ot H-20, and
W.EREAS, the frontage for each lot in FRANKLIN SUBD. PB 5-34
was determined by reference to said plat of record, and
WHEREAS, it has subsequently been established by recent surveys,
that said dimensions are in error and that an adjustment of approximately
two (2) feet must be absorbed by each fifty (50) foot lot, leaving the
frontage thereof forty-eight (48) feet, more or less,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF SOUTH MIAMIt
1. That an adjuataent of two (2) feet be allowed in computing
the frontage of each improvement lien assessed against lots in said FRANKLIN
' SUBD. PB 5-34, under Inprovement District H-20, and
2. That a refund of seventy (70)e) cents be made in all such
cases where the lien has already been paid in full on the original basis.
