1951-382 RESOLUTION NO. 382 A RESOLUTION OF THE CANVASSING BOARD OF DIE CITY OF 70UTH MIAMI CAN'ASSING THE ELECTION R4TURNS OF THE GENERAL ELECTION HELD ON FEBRUARY 13, A.D. 1951 FOR THE PURPOSE OF ELECTING A MAYOR AND FIVE COUNCIL- MEN PURSUANT TO SECTION FOUR (4) OF THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI AS AMENPED. XiEREAS, the City Council sitting as a Canvassing Board, having examined the Return Sheet of the General Election of the City of South Miami held February 13, A.D. 1951 and certified by the Election Cleric and the Election Inspectors duly appointed, Uereby declares the said Return Sheet to be proper and correct, and 1gMEAS, the said Return Sheet records the vote3 cast for the candidates in said election, as follows: For Mayor: IA Clayton 71.
