RE: Robert N. Strickland

Requests #1 thru #8
6230 S.W. 70th Street, South Miami, FL
Dear Ms. Nayman: -
Please be advised that this letter is to request to be on the first
agenda under the remarks section in regard to reconsideration of the
variance denial on the above- referenced property.
After conversation With the City Attorney, I am now advised that it
would have been appropriate and possible to withdraw six of the eight
variance requests and proceed with the remaining two. My reason for
withdrawing the subject six variance requests is that I will comply with
the related provisions of the zoning code and therefore those variances
are no longer needed.
Your early confirmation that the'matter has been placed on the agenda
would be appreciated.
Sincerely yours,
IXR'ge4 . '
