4. An Ordinance of the Mayor and City Commission of the City of
South Miami, Florida, amending Section 20 -6.2 (A) of the Land
Development Code of the City of South Miami, to provide decisions
of the Environmental Review and Preservation Board are final after
the fifteenday appeal period; providing for severability;
pro'vidin.g for ordinances in conflict; and providing an effective
date.

South Miami, Florida, authorizing the sale of a portion of
the "Old South Miami Plant Nursery" legally described herein-
below to Habitat for Humanity Inc. for the sum of $1.O0 upon
the basis that the said land is not presently serving any
public purpose; that quality low cost housing is needed in
the City of South Miami, Florida; and that Habitat for Humanity
has a proven record of providing quality low cost; housing;
providing for severability; providing for ordinances in
conflict; and providing an effective date.
