Florida, approving a request by South Miami Professional Building, Inc.,
from the Planning Board of the City of South Miami, Florida, pursuant to
Section 20 -44 (H) of the Land Development Code to allow a Special Use
permit to reduce the number of required off- street parking spaces by 23 %,
for the property known as 5996 SW 70 Street, South Miami, Florida 33143
