4— EXISTING ELECTRICAL PANEL BOARD ARE TO REMAIN IN OPERATION. MODIFY PANEL DIIRECTOKY TO
SHOW ALL BREAKERS THAT BECOME "5PARE5" AFTER COMPLETION.
5.- THE EXISTING AIR CONDITIONING UNIT SHALL REMAIN IN PLACE FOR FUTURE USE. DO NOT REMOVE
THI5 UNIT OR ASSOCIATED PIPING AND POWER WIRING OR THERMOSTAT. SEE MECHANICAL
DRAWINGS.

Drawings and Specifications as instrument of service are and shall remain the
property of the Architect and shall remain the property of the Architect whether
the project for which they were made is executed or not. They are not to be used
in any manner on other projects or extensions to this project except by agreement
in writing and with the appropriate compensation to the Architect. Reproduction
of drawings and specifications without the written consent of the Architect is
prohibited_
