THAT 1111 '`'';S an application was made for a zoning chwVr a on Blocks
1y 21 31 4 and 5 of CAMRID&G UViNS R�dU:) Plat Book 50, page 41 that
minimum requirements for one - family residences be chanced to permit
dwellings of square foot areas less than the present minimum require-
ments! and
VR EREAS2 the above said application has been duly considered by the
Zoning and Plannix%, Board of the City of South Miami, and public hearings
have been hold -by said Board concerning this proposed changer and it ap-
pearing that there were no objections to the proposed change) and
WHMIEASt it has been represented to the City of South Miami that the
Zoning Changes herein requested would be beneficial for the City of South
Miami and
WHEREAS2 the Zoning and Planning Board has recommended approval of the
requested change in the present Zoning requirements of the above said
areas,

through its City Council and Uayor, does hereby adopt the recommendations
of the Zoning and Plannisig Board of the City of South Miami that the fol-
lowing minimum requirements be and they are hereby established for one - family
