A RKSOLU^IION AUTHORIZING LOCAL
IMPROVEMENT H -14
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH JAIAMI e
1. That the local improvement described and designated as
follows shall be made under Section 620, Chapter 13972, Special Acts of
Florida as amendedi
Re- building the following streets:
N. 5th. Road from No. 2nd. Street to Ito. 3rd. Street,
N. M. Ave. from No. tad. St. to No. 4th. Street,
N. 4th. Road from No. 2nd. St. to No. 4th. Street,
N. 3rd. Street from No. 5th. Road to No. 4th. Avenue'#
N. 2nd. Street from No. 5th. Road to a point approxi-
mately feet east of No. 5th. Ave., and
the northerly half of No. 2nd. Street from a point
approximately feet east of No. 5th. Ave.
(that part dedicated, per plat of COCOPLUM TERRACE)
to No. 4th. Avenue, all
with a 6-inch coWaoted lime rook base, rimed and sealed
with saphaltioe oils and treated with 3/4 inch white rook,
all in COCOPLUM TERRACE SUBD. PB 25-4, at an estimated
cost of thirty -five cents (35¢) per square yard.
2. That it is hereby declared the intent of this City Council
to have such work done by city forces without contract.
3. That the cost of such improvement except intersections,
the cost of which shall be borne by the city, shall be defrayed by a apec-
ial assessumt ca all lots and leads adjoining and contiguous or abounding
end abutting upon such streets as they lie within the city limits of South
Miami, on a frontage basis, which said property is hereby designated an
Improvement District H -14
4. That said special assessments shall be payable 30 days after
confirmation of such assessments or at such times and in such installments
as the Council way designate pursuant to Chapter 13972, Special Acts of
Florida 1929 as amended.
