BACKGROUND AND ANALYSIS
The Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) grant for improvements to Brewer
Park includes the resurfacing of the existing tennis and racquetball courts. The
resurfacing work calls for patching low spots, repair of cracks, and the installation of an
acrylic resurfacing layer and three coats of textured acrylic surfacing. The installer is
also required to repaint all of the lines on the tennis and racquetball courts.

and the lowest responsive quotation was submitted by Welch Tennis Courts, Inc. in the
amount of $10,247.00. Welch Tennis Courts, Inc. is providing a one-year guarantee

the Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWGF) account # 001.0000.131.1461 that
