Please advise the other parking committee members that due to a significant work
schedule, I have had to withdraw from several boards and have advised Mayor Mary Scott Russell
of my decision to withdraw from the parking committee.
I believe that the parking committee has by and large achieved its goal of informing the
leadership of the City of some of the problems that need to be addressed in order to alleviate what
appears to be a very significant shortfall of parking spaces especially in the hometown district.
The suggested zoning code changes have also been very helpful to the City.
Please advise the committee members that I have thoroughly enjoyed working with those
committed individuals and have learned a great deal about the City of South Miami from all of
them.
Thanking you for your prior professional courtesies. I remain,
Very truly yours,
RASCO REININGER PEREZ & ESQUENAZI, P.L.
