RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA, RELATING TO
BOARDS AND COMMITTEES; APPOINTING RALPH ROSADO AND
ALFONSO J. PEREZ TO SERVE ON THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING
ADVISORY COMMITTEE FOR A TERM OF ONE YEAR, ENDING
MAY 2, 2006; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Commission recognize the important
contributions made by those who serve on the various city boards and
committees, and wish to appoint a full complement to each of the
active boards and committees; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to appoint Ralph Rosado and
Alfonso J. Perez to serve for a one -year term on the Affordable
Housing Advisory Committee. The appointments shall expire May 2, 2006
or until a successor is duly appointed and qualified.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission hereby appoints Ralph Rosado and
Alfonso J. Perez to the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee.
Section 2. The expiration date of these appointments shall be May
2, 2006 or until a successor is duly appointed and qualified.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
approval.
