A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI,
FLORIDA, RELATING TO BOARDS AND COMMITTEES;
APPOINTING OFFICER ERIC FULTON AND LT. BRUCE H.
ROSS TO SERVE ON THE PENSION BOARD FOR AN
UNEXPIRED TERM ENDING MARCH 3, 2006; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, The Mayor and Commission recognize the important contributions
made by those who serve on the various city boards and committees, and wish to appoint a
full complement to each of the active boards and committees; and
WHEREAS, The City Commission desires to appoint Officer Eric Fulton and Lt.
Bruce Ross to serve for an unexpired term on the Pension Board. Appointments shall
expire March 3, 2006 or until a successor is duly appointed and qualified.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission hereby appoints Officer Eric Fulton and Lt.
Bruce Ross to the Pension Board.
Section 2. The expiration date of these appointments shall be March 3, 2006 or
until a successor is duly appointed and qualified.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon approval.
