I. DEMOLISH AND SAW CUT SOME OF THE EXISTING PARTITIONS, INCLUDING REMOVAL OF OUTLETS, THE EXISTING TOILET ROOM AND PLUMBING
FIXTURES, AND THE EXISTING DOOR, AS SHOWN ON THE DEMOLITION PLAN
2. CONSTRUCT NEW PARTITIONS A$ SHOWN IN THE NEW PLAN.
3. THE EXISTING CEILING CONSTRUCTION ABOVE THE AREA TO BE DEMOLISH IS TO REMAIN.
4. REMOVE AND DISPOSE THE EXISTING FANS, RELOCATE SOME EXISTING LIGHT FIXTURES AND PROVIDE NEW OUTLETS WITH THEIR WIRES AND

FIELD VERIFICATION OF CONDITIONS:
I. CONTRACTOR SHALL VISIT THE SITE AND BECOME FAMILIAR WITH THE EXISTING BUILDING, EXISTING CONDITIONS AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PRIOR
