Ajibola Balogun Re: Noise Concerns in the Business City Manager District Update: Noise Concerns in the Business District Action Taken: As a follow -up to noise issues brought up during the last City Commission meeting, I have reminded all the businesses in our business district (downtown) about the conditions of their outdoor dining permit and Section 15 -82 of the Code.
