5904 South Dixie Highway
Dear Mr. Youkilis:
Pursuant to decision made by the Board during Monday's hearing, following are
specifications of the recommendations made for the above referenced building.
The exterior paint will be Benjamin Moore Historical colors. The shades will be Bryant
Gold (HC -7), Waterbury Cream (HC -31) and Montgomery White (HC -33) as illustrated
during meeting. Also, as agreed the pressure cleaning performed prior to applying paint,
will be between 200 and 500 psi as per Preservation Brief No. 6 from the National Parks
Service.
Following you will also find a sketch of the front and rear sign with the background in
white and elegant lettering. The lighting for the signs will be in the form of direct
spotlights as agreed during hearing. We will also add fake drains along the rear of the
building above existing awning in order to give a symmetrical effect as requested.

hesitate to contact me at (786)287 -1019.
