Reason/Need: As approved in the FY 2009/2010 City Budget and as part of our improvements to Murray Park these awnings would help us continue to improve the park grounds. With sun protection as an absolute need and the lack of space available, this space will be utilized for programming for After School House and Camp participants as well as for spectator seating and team gathering areas. Cost: $6,400.00 Funding Source: Funding for this purchase is included in the current Fiscal Year budget in the Recreation Operating Expense Account Number 001- 2020 -519 -6430 with a current balance of $13,769.00.
