I appreciate your agreeing to be of assistance to my students and me in the process of developing proposals for a theoretical design of a new City Hall. As we discussed it will be very helpful for my students to meet with you and also have a chance to question heads of departments and staff regarding the needs and desires for a new facility. Once we establish a program we will submit it to you for your comments. During the design process we will hold preliminary reviews and it will be very helpful to receive your and your star s input. The reviews are generally held on our campus but we would be very willing to do it at the City Hall. As you remember, nine years ago my students worked on a similar project and we were given an opportunity to make a short PowerPoint presentation to the City Commission. I hope that with your assistance we will be able to make such a presentation again. Your willingness to help is greatly appreciated and will contribute immensely to the learning experience for my students. Once again, Many thanks. Sincerely, Jan Hochstim, A.I.A. Professor
