SITE NOTES
CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS AND CONDITIONS AND SHALL

TO EXISTING WATER & SEWER LATERALS.
MINIMUM 1" ASPHALT PAVING OVER LIMEROCK BASE COMPACTED TO 6" MINIMUM
95% PROCTOR AT ALL AREAS RECEIVING ASPHALT PAVING SURFACES ALL
PARKING STRIPPING SHALL COMPLY WITH COUNTY STANDARDS.
ALL CONCRETE SIDEWALK SURFACES SHALL RECEIVE LIGHT ROOM FINISH.
ALL EXTERIOR RAILING SHALL BE STEEL PAINTED SUBMIT SHOP DRAWINGS FOR
REVIEW COLOR SELECTED BY OWNER
CONTRACTOR SHALL SLOPE FILL ADJACENT TO PARKING AREA REQUIRED
IN ORDER TO PROVIDE THE ELEVATION LEVEL CHANGES BETWEEN THE PROPERTY
LIVE AND THE EDGE OF PAVING. SEE SITE PLAN.
CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT IRRIGATION SHOP DRAWINGS FOR REVIEW.
EXISTING STREET CURB SHALL BE REMOVED AND MODIFIED AS REQUIRED IN
PAVING OUT TO EXISTING PAVEMENT.
CONTRACTOR SHALL REFER TO CIVIL SITE PLAN FOR ALL PAVING.
ELEVATIONS REQUIRED PAVING GRADING AND SLOPES.
GENERAL NOTES:
1. -WORKS PERFORMED SHALL COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING
