approved by the Environmental Review and Preservation Board (ERPB) on October 7,
2008 (ERPB #07-078) for the new construction of a one story commercial building.
ANALYSIS:
Currently in construction, the applicant is proposing to revise the following items:
1. A revision to the size of the windows on the west elevation.
2. The applicant is also revising the entrance door on the south elevation.
The property complies with all other requirements stated within the Dimensional
Requirements for Non-Residential Districts, Section 20-3.5(G) of the Land Development
Code.
RECOMMENDATION: Approval with the following conditions:
