Regarding your inquiry, the above referenced property is located in the "RO", Residential
Office Zoning Use District. The uses permitted for this zoning district are spelled out in
the City's Land Development Code Section 20-3.3, Permitted Use Schedule, which is
enclosed.
A medical pathology laboratory is a "P" Permitted Use in the RO Zoning District. A new
use going into that building should be carefully reviewed in advance to determine
whether or not there are existing on-site parking spaces sufficient to meet the
requirements for a medical laboratory as set forth in the Land Development Code. This
office can assist you to review the parking requirements for the use.

cation permits the operation of a pathology laboratory at that location.

understand is the fee for the letter.
