All decisions and recommendations of the Environmental Review&Preservation Board[ERPB] shall be posted on the City Hall bulletin board immediately following the ERPB meeting. An appeal of an ERPB decision or recommendation may be filed at any time before a building permit is issued by filing same with the city clerk upon a form prescribed therefore.
