HOBBS SUBDIVISION, AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED HEREIN; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREuJITH; `'AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP; AND, PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION OF THE PROVISIONS HEREOF. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That pursuant to the authority of Article VB. of Chapter 20 of the Code of Ordinances, City of South Miami, Florida, ' Lot 21 and the North 15 feet of Lot 22, less the East 25. feet for right-of-way, 14. A. HOBBS SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, page 111, Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and also known as 72+0 S. W. 62nd Avenue, be and the same hereby is changed from an RU-1 zoning classification + to a C-1 zoning classification. Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same hereby are repealed insofar as they are in conflict. Section 3. That the Zoning Director of the City is hereby authorized and directed to make the necessary changes on the official zoning map of the City. Section 4. That any person, persons, firm, partnership or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not to exceed $500.00, or by imprisonment not to exceed six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Municipal Judge. Each day that a violation is permitted to eixst shall constitute a separate offense. FASSED and ADOPTED this day of 1968.
