Sub-paragraph 4501.2(c) (3) of the South Florida Building Code provides for a 30-day maximum approval only if an
URGENT NECESSITY for electric current exists. Necessity shall include the use of current for irrigation, secu-
rity, humidity control, emergency power and lighting, such as for testing or construction purposes, provided the
Electrical Contractor maintains the installation in such a manner that there is no hazard to life and property.
Such approval is in no event to be considered a release of said structure for purposes of use and occupancy, and
no occupancy shall be granted or permitted until final inspections have been called for and approved by the inspec-
tion divisions concerned, and an occupancy permit obtained.
The undersigned also understand that the temporary-permanent electric approval is subject to rescission and
cancellation, and electric power can be cut off at the discretion of the Building and Zoning Department and will be
disconnected if the building concerned is occupied before final inspections are approved and occupancy permit
obtained.
I Alfredo Horta being first duly sworn, depose and say that I am the
owner of the above described property, and that I agree that the structure covered in this agreement shall not be
occupied until the building contractor has obtained approval of final inspections. .

that he understands he cannot, and will not occupy the structures until final inspections are made and ap-

Sign Type Conditions
MURAL One (1) MURAL SIGN is permitted per li-
censed premises where text and logos are
limited to 20%r of a single facade; graphic,
including texts and logos, are limited to 30%
of this same single facade area; scenic murals
are not limited regarding area,but are limited
to same single facade as any graphic ural,text
and logos (if any are used).
NAME PLATE One (1) NAME PLATE identification sign per
licensed business establishment and profes-
sional license holder, not to exceed one (1)
square foot in area per nameplate. Direct
illumination is permitted.
POLITICAL One (1) POLITICAL OR CAMPAIGN SIGN
may be permitted as provided in Dade County
Code of Ordinances.
PORTABLE SIGN FOR OUTDOOR DIN- One (1) PORTABLE SIGN per restaurant
ING which is licensed to serve patrons in outdoor
dining areas on either public or private prop-
erty. Said sign shall not exceed four(4)feet in
height nor six(6)feet in area,and may only be
located within leased area of public sidewalks
or on private property. Sign must be removed
every night at closing.
PROJECTING SIGN One(1)PROJECTING SIGN is permitted as a
replacement for any permitted FLAT SIGN;
signage area must be same as FLAT SIGN,
when approved by the Environmental Review
and Preservation Board.
REAL ESTATE One (1) REAL ESTATE SIGN per lot, not to
exceed six (6) square feet in area. For sites of
five(5)acres or more in area, such signs shall
not exceed twenty-four (24) square feet in
area.
ROOF (MANSARD) One (1) MANSARD OR SHED ROOF SIGN
may be permitted for each business establish-
ment which has a mansard roof. Said sign
may be up to thirty (30) percent of the man-
sard roof area, but must be contained within
the face of the mansard roof, parallel to the
face of the building, and may not extend
beyond any edge of the roof. Indirect illumi-
nation permitted. Direct illumination is per-
mitted.

question consists of how is the range of 200 SF to 400 SF broken down? Our building
