Background: The applicant received final approval with conditions from the
Environmental Review and Preservation Board on August 2, 2005, file number ERPB-
05-057. However, building permit has not been obtained within the six month, time
frame.
Pursuant to Section 20-5.11(L) Expiration. Final approval by ERPB shall lapse
after six (6) months if no permit is issued, except as may be extended by the
ERPB for a period not to exceed six (6) months. '.
At this time, applicant is requesting approval for a six month extension from the Board in
order to proceed with the process and obtain a building permit.
The approval letter from the ERPB meeting of August 2, 2005 is attached. The subject
ERPB file will be presented at the meeting if the Board needs additional information.
RECOMMENDATION: Approval of the extension for an additional six month with
the following condition:
1. Any comments and/or suggestions from the Board.
