One of the conditions to get permission to install our above ground fuel
tank was to erect an 8 foot fence to cover the tank from the south and east sides
of the hospital near the tank.
I am requesting permission to delay this installation until we determine the
future of our incinerator that is in the same general location.

bulletin board immediately following the ERPB meeting. An applicant may obtain a building permit after noon of the day after
the ERPB meeting, at which the application was approved,if all other requirements for the permit have been met. An appeal of
an ERPB decision or recommendation may be filed at any time before a building permit is issued by filing same with the city.
