Dear Helen:
Future tenant signage for the above referenced project will be
uniform in appearance to the approved AAA signage (see letter
dated June 19, 1990) . Letters will be block style, painted flat
aluminum and will be installed on the fascia to align with the
AAA signage, unless otherwise approved by the Review Board.

As approved by the Environmental Review Board on June 19th, 1990,
future tenant signage for the above referenced project will be
uniform in appearance, using painted flat aluminum letters. - The
basic color will be a dark green ( #7498 Dupont Enamel) with red
accents when necessary ( 44128 Dupont Enamel) , unless otherwise
directed by the Review Board.
The owner has been informed and, to the best of my knowledge,
will comply with these guidelines.

allowed a total of forty-four (44) square feet of signage, which
can be installed on the east facade of 'the building facing 62nd
Avenue. \
The owner wishes to proportion the signage among three (3)
tenants as follows: -

which was presented to the Environmental Review and Preservation
Board (ERPB) on JULY 03, 1990 ,

based on the following condition(s) : THE BUILDING OWNER SUBMIT A
LETTER STATING ALL NEW TENANT SIGNAGE BE UNIFORM ACCORDING TO THE
AAA SIGN.
X Approval from the ERPB is not authorization to begin
construction. You must receive a valid building permit
after approval by the ERPB. Applications for building
permits for single family residential projects will be
processed and issued as soon as possible after the ERPB
final approval. All other permit applications must
observe a fifteen day appealing period before they can
be issued.
Revised drawings for final approval or re-applying must
be received in -this office by 12:00 noon on to be placed
on the agenda for the ERPB meeting of
Final decision of the ERPB may be appealed to the City Commission
by written request to the City Clerk within fifteen (15) days of
the meeting.
Plans left without complete building permit application will be
disposed of sixty (60) days after being reviewed by the ERPB.
