In setting up a special committee to study this very urgent matter you have WILTEX PROPERTIES indicated that you too realize its importance. When I started building business centers in the South Miami area I was able to complete all of my CORONET BUILDING projects without any concern as to the parking problem. Even my last building - Red Sunset - did not call for any undue concern regarding any inadequacy of either SEGAL ENTERPRISES on or off-street parking. However, our town and our general area has grown so rapidly that the problem of parking space in the business area has become one of RED-SUNSET BUILDING major importance. REDBIRD I was also glad to learn that there is constructive SHOPPING CENTER thinking within the Council on the subject of certain necessary paving and other improvements for South West 73th Street and for Red Road. In my opinion immediate WILTEX PROPERTIES action is necessary and I hope that current plans will take form without any delay. I, for one, am grateful that all of these matters CORONET BUILDING are now in the course of receiving the proper recommenda- tions and that fulfillment is just around the corner. The placement will be in front of the pilasters in between our display windows. As we discussed, to discourage theft, I would like to bolt these pots to the sidewalk with a single-lag bolt.
