Miami, Florida Request: AWNING INSTALLATION APPLICANT'S REQUEST: The applicant is requesting approval for the awning installation, at the above referenced location. STAFF ANALYSIS: The proposed exterior awning is located in the "TODD" Transit Oriented Development District. The proposed 4'-0" x 45'-0" feet wide awning (already installed) is located above the garage entrance and dumpster service area, and is a light neutral color, which is the same color as the existing awning above the entrance, both facing SW 71 street. The photographs indicate that the awning has been installed and staff considers that the proposed neutral color blends in well with the existing conditions. No signage is proposed for the awning. RECOMMENDATION: Approval with the following conditions: 1) no additional signage to be placed on the awning.
