DESCRIBED AS THE N. 120' OF LOT 25 AND THE N. 120' OF LOT 26
OF THE AMENDED PLAT OF COOPERS SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED AT
PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 152, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, A/K/A 5828 S. V. 71ST STREET, SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA.

WHEREAS, the applicant has requested a variance to
construct a dry cleaning plant on a non-arterial road and the staff
recommendation is for denial; and
WHEREAS, at a public hearing on May 30th, 1989, the
Planning Board voted 4-1 to deny the request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI , FLORIDA:
Section 1. That a variance to allow a dry cleaning plant
on a non-arterial road on property legally described as:
The N. 120' of Lot 25 and the N. 120' of Lot 26, of
the amended plat of Coopers Subdivision, as
recorded at Plat Book 4, Page 152, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, a/k/a 5828 S. W.
71st Street, South Miami, Florida
is hereby granted.
