The manhole is actually located approximately 40 feet east of the property line). 2. ($10. 00) multiplied by the front foot length of each future connecting property. Should any corner properties owned by others abutt the subject installation on two sides , the longer side only will be used for computing the construction connec- tion charge. However, said charge will not be assessed or collected for buildings occupied or under construction prior to the date of this Agreement. Said connection charges shall be reimbursed by the Department to you within ninety (90) days of receipt of same. The Department ' s liability for such reimbursements shall be limited to those amounts actually collected from other property owners. This reimbursement provision shall remain in effect for a period of eight (8) years after the execution of this Agreement. It shall be your responsibility to provide the Department with a current mailing address during the eight (8) year period. The Department will require a water connection charge of $543. 00 (10 GPD/100 square feet x of this Agreement. . 77) with the execution The Department will also require a guarantee deposit based on the Rules and Regulations in effect at the time ser- vice is requested. The subject property is located in a portion of our water service area currently being monitored by the Dade County Department of Environmental Resources Management (DERM) relating to the issuance of water service agreements and building permits. At the present time, we are able to issue new service agreements. However, for projects expected to be completed prior to August 1, 1984 , DERM will limit the issuance of new building permits prior to April 1, 1984 within this area to a total water capacity requirement of 1.87 million gallons per day and will issue the permits on a first come, first serve basis. It is our understanding that DERM will remove these conditions on April 1, 1984 . The terms and conditions contained herein will remain vlaid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date ofithis Agreement. Once executed, work on the project must commence within two hundred seventy (270) days from the execution date.
