The applicant has submitted additional photographs detailing the adjacent buildings. Also, the applicant has submitted photographs depicting the proposed colors and their respective locations. The Board has customarily used the above guidelines to respond to commercial painting in other zoning districts other than Specialty Retail, and may continue to do so.
