CLEAN-UP: ON COMPLETATION OF DEMOLITION WORK, LEAVE THE PROPERTY AND ADJACENT AREAS CLEAN AND SATISFACTORY TO LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND THE ARCHITECT. 7. SALVAGE MATERIALS: ALL MATERIAL SALVAGED FORM SITE SHALL BECOME THE PROPERTY OF CONTRACTOR AND SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE BY CONTRACTOR AND HIS OWN EXPENSE, a. GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT A SCHEDULE FOR DEMOLITIONS PROCEDURES AND OPERATIONAL SEQUENCE FOR REVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE BY ARCHITECT/ ENGINEER, 11. GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT A SCHEDULE SHOWING TIME OF DAY, AREA AND MEANS OF TRAVEL THROUGH PREMISES FOR DISPOSAL OF DEBRIS FOR OWNER'S APPROVAL. 12. GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SAFETY AND SUPPORT OF STRUCTURE. GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL CEASE OPERATIONS AND NOTIFY ARCHITECT/ ENGINEER IMMEDIATELY IF SAFETY OF STRUCTURE APPEARS TO BE ENDANGERED, TAKE PRECAUTIONS TO PROPERLY SUPPORT- STRUCTURE. DO NOT RESUME OPERATION UNTIL SAFETY IS RESTORED. 14. GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL ERECT AND MAINTAIN DUSTPROOF PARTITIONS AS REQUIRED TO PREVENT SPREAD OF DUST, FUMES AND SMOKE TO OTHER PARTS OF THE BUILDING. ON COMPLETION, REMOVE PARTITIONS AND REPAIR DAMAGED SURFACES TO MATCH ADJACENT SURFACES. 15. GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL PERFORM DEMOLITION IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE AUTHORITIES HAVING JURISDICTION. 17. GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL REPAIR ALL DEMOLITION PERFORMED IN EXCESS OF THAT REQUIRED , AT NOT COST TO THE OWNER. 1E.
