WALL_ TYPE GENERAL. NOTES:
I. GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE APPROPRIATE CONSTRUCTION OF ALL WALL TYPES AND COORDINATION
OF ALL MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING AND EXISTING CONDITIONS ADJACENT TO SUCH WALLS. SINCE THE WORK INVOLVES EXISTING
BUILDING SYSTEMS AND FACILITIES, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL GIVE SPECIAL CONSIDERATION TO EXAMINATION OF ANY EXISTING CONDITIONS
THAT WILL PREVENT THE CONSTRUCTION OF SUCH RATED WALLS AS PER PLANS. VARIATION OF TYPICAL RATED WALL TYPES DETAILS
SHALL BE ANTICIPATED AND SHALL BE EXPRESSLY INCLUDED AS PART OF THE WORK WHENEVER REQUIRED, AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO
THE OWNER A/E WILL SUPPLY THE DIFFERENT DETAILS FOR SUCH WALLS IF NEEDED. IGNORANCE ON THE PART OF THE CONTRACTOR WILL IN
