FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1. That all terms and ,conditions of this agreement shall be fully complied with and all the
work approved and/or required under the building permit, shall be faithfully and completely
performed in accordance with the application, plans and specifications filed by the
applicant and approved by the City of South Miami Building, Zoning and Community
Development Department.
2. That pending satisfaction thereof, this agreement shall be made a part of any contract,
lease or deed changing the ownership or rental of the premises described herein, and
shall be deemed a covenant running with the land and be binding upon the undersigned, •
his lessees, his heirs, assigns and successors in title. •

South Miami. In the event that the undersigned fails to do so, he does hereby grant to T e •
City of South Miami and its duly authorized representatives and agents the right to enter •
upon said land and to remove said dumpster. In addition to any other legal remedy, the
City, at its option is entitled to compel specific performance of the terms and conditions of
this agreement. The undersigned hereby agrees to be responsible for all court costs and
reasonable attorney's fees in the event that the City is successful in any court action.
6. Miscellaneous permit fee, $25.00.

7. Dumpster shall be located as shown on the attached site plan (survey indicating the
location of the dumpster can be used instead of site plan). Dumpster is to remain in
private property at all times.
8. Dumpster will have scheduled pickups; said pickups will not block or affect pedestrian or
vehicular traffic.
9. Dumpster will not overflow at any time.
THE FOLLOWING PRIVATE HAULERS ARE THE ONLY COMPANIES THE CITY OF SOUTH
MIAMI ISSUED FRANCHISE LICENSE TO HAUL CONSTRUCTION AND DEMOLITION
DEBRIS, BIOHAZARDOUS WASTE, BIOLOGICAL WATE, COMMERCIAL SOLID WASTE,
