Dear Sirs;
We are requesting variances in the property located at 595.V. S.W. 70th
Street to allow us to occupy same as an architectural officee
We are most anxious to relocate in South Miami since it is central to
our local work and convenient to the airport for our Bahama Office.
Inasmuch as it is not economically feasible for us to construct a new
building at this time we wish to remodel the existing structure along
the lines shown in the sketches. We feel that this will make a pre-
sentable office for our operation which is most essential for our client
relation as well as start the area in a direction of better class
building.
At sometime in the future we plan to build a new building on the site
and remove the existing structure. Any assistance by the local Board
in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
