I have no obi' ctions to the proposed zoning changes. . However, since I Tave-studied the layout considerably, I feel the City of South Miami should be prepared to install a screening wall rather than a wire mesh fence along 70 Stree 'and 59 Place in order that the garbage trucks and other city equipment will not be visible from our office area. As you are aware we have invested considerable money in making our offices attractive. Because of the quality of clientele that we enjoy, I would find it objectionable to have the pro- posed facilities visible from our parking area. Also there has been no mention at this timeofsdewalks and gutters around the property. I assume that the same regula- tions'%'ffat applied to ray lot will also be enforced by the City when they develop the property; i. e. I was not granted a build- ing permit until I agreed to supply sidewalks and curbs. S y Phil R. Braden, A. I.A. Architect PRB:mc CARIBBEAN OFFICE: P. 0.
