A6 !"!ems -tea Parking lot security at this location is almost non-existent. The fence is in a poor state of repair, the wire in places is one to two feet off - the ground and loose. Razor wire should be installed, as was done at Little River Station. There is also numerous trees growing over the parking lot which could be used for gaining access to the parking area even if the fence is upgraded. South Miami Police and the Postal Inspectors have been notified of each incident. We cannot expect the contractors to continuously experience these losses . They could ask for us to relocate their vehicle or worse yet, cancel these vehicles. e er Machek Manager, Fleet Operations 01/16/2002 PUBLIC VALUE INQUIRY PTXM0186 FOLIO 09 4025 028 2080 PROP ADDR 5927 SW 70 ST MCD 0900 NAME AND LEGAL VALUE HISTORY CHAR-SETT IN'C YEAR. 2000 2001 01/01/2002 .1055 PONCE DE LEON .BLVb LAND 697527 697527 'BELLEAIR FL BLDG 394348 421288 MARKET 1091875 1118815 34616 lo-w-Mg-rTE OF 1ARK-INS A 9-s ES-s 10-9i-"-5 1118815 RB- 2-105 HEX LOTS 10 -THRU 79 -18SS NSFT- UP LOTS MVD 10 THRIO 17 & LESS W5FT OF LOTS 17 TOT EX 7-7 -BLK 16 'TAXABLE 1091875 1118815 S POSTAL SERVICE LESSEE LOT IX E I OT SIZE 6 STATE EXE14PT: OR 11865-1298. 0683 5 SALE DATE SALE AMT SALE TYPE -I/V SALE O/R PF1-MORE LEGAL PF2-PARCEL INFO PF3-FOL SRCH PF5-TAX COLL PF7-PREY OWNER PF8-MENU PF13-OCCUP LIC * PARCEL INFORMATION PTXM018 FOLIO 09 4025 028 2080 PROPERTY ADDRESS 5927 SW 7D ST CLUC FEDERAL SLUG FEDERAL PRI ZONE COMMERCIAL - CENTRAL SEC ZONE LOT SIZE SQ FT YEAR 'BLT 1968 EXTRA EEA "NOW LIVING UNITS BEDROOM BAH 1/2 BATH AD3 SQFTG 14472 INO -FLOORS 1 ZONING RESOLUTION LEASE AREA SQFTG KOC CODE SD ENTER - VALUE INQUIRY PF8 - MENU l FENCING — WOOD/METAL INSTRUCTIONS 1.
