REPOSITIONING OF THE FENCE FACING 70TH STREET
Proposed is repositioning of the portion of the fence(43.75), currently perpendicular to the building, so it
would continue parallel to the SW 70'h Street property line, and then terminate in the building with a gate.
This layout would increase parking on the property, allow better traffic circulation on the site,as well as
eliminate uncontrolled area outside of the property,which is occasionally used for parking of unsightly
vehicles by others(like disabled vehicles left to be towed away).
