The applicant is proposing to paint the building's exterior facades with a total of two paint colors by the Sherwin Williams Company. After pressure cleaning, exterior painting will include the body of the building, SW 7028 (Incredible White) and the doors and awnings with paint color, SW 7032 (Warm Stone) to be classified as a trim. On March 15, 1994, the Environmental Review and Preservation Board (ERPB), approved 3-0, the hand painted sign on the wall and awning, "Collision Solution," attached copy for Board's reference.
