ORDINANCE NO. 17-70-693 AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE BLOCKS 12 AND 13, TOWNSITE OF LARKINS, PB 2/105, DADE COUNTY FLORIDA, FROM C-1 TO RU4A; RESCINDING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CON- FLICT HEREWITH; AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZON- ING MAP; AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS OF THE PROVISIONS HEREOF. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That pursuant to the authority of Article VB. of Chapter 20 of the City of Ordinances, City of South Miami, Florida: Blocks 12 and 13, TOWNSITE OF LARKINS, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 2 at Page 105, Public Records of Dade County, Florida, be and the same hereby are rezoned from Commercial, C-1 zoning classification to Apartment, RU-4A zoning classification. Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same hereby are repealed insofar as they are in conflict. Section 3 . That the Zoning Director of the City hereby is authorized and directed to make the necessary changes on the official zoning map of the City. Section 4. That any person, persons, firm, partnership or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not to exceed $500.00, or by imprisonment not to exceed six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Municipal Judge.
