Landlord.
For Unit # ol, at number 5907 S.W. 69th Street, South Miami, Florida
For use by the Tenant for a minimum of 6 (six)months, commencing on the 1st
day of May, 2003; and from month-to-month thereafter, subject to the following
terms and conditions
1.RENT.The rental rate from the date of this Agreement to the first day of
the following month is $ 350.00 ; Tenant will pay$350.00 per month,.plus all
applicable sales, use, occupancy, or other tax(es).All rent sums are due and
payable, in advance,without demand, at the Landlord's Post Office Box#49-1165,
Miami, Florida 33149-1165, on or before the First day of each and every month.
Any rental not received on the due date will be considered delinquent.There
shall be a late fee of$35.00 charged against the Tenant if the rental payment is

month.A charge of$25.00 will be made in the event of any returned check.In
addition, if the returned check is not redeemed prior to the aforementioned late

2.DEPOSIT.Tenant agrees to deposit with the Landlord upon execution of
this Rental Agreement, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,the sum of
Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00). Deposit is held as security against damage to
property,prompt payment of rent,premature vacancy of unit in less than the
minimum rental period,vacating without giving thirty(30) days prior written
notice,return check charges,late payment fees, and any costs or damages related
to tenant's use and occupancy of the premises. If the security deposit is fully
used in any of these breaches,it is agreed that a new deposit in the amount of
