The location of the spaces are on the west side of SW 58th Place between the Somi school property south to SW 69th Street. The Mayor had complaints from parents bringing their kids to the school that these on street spaces are blocked. Public Works Dept. has stated that they have not approved any street or curb markings, or special parking arrangements. I believe that the business owner in marking the street and painting "customer parking only"on his wall is in violation of the City Code. Please check with the Police Chief and determine the best way to issue notice or violations Sandy Y. p.s. By Parking Agreement with the City the school property owners are paying the City for crediting on-street spaces abutting their site; north of the business.
