To Whom it May Concern: The building we lease is unique in South Miami and the distinguishing feature of our building limits the dimensions of a display sign that we can paint on our building. The building has a rounded corner. Normally in a building with a square corner, we would be able to paint a sign on each side of the street. This rounded corner limits the size of the sign we can paint on each side of the street. At this time we are requesting to be allowed to paint one sign on the curve of the building and to combine the space allowed for a sign from each of the two sides of the building into this one sign.
