LaGoy has made application for a public hear- ing for a variance to construct a single family residence on non- conforming Lot 10 and N. 12.5 ` of Lot 11, Block 1 COCOPLUM F TERRACE, and WHEREAS, the public hearing was held by the Advisory Plan- ning and Zoning Board May 1, 1958, and WHEREAS, the Advisory Planning and Zoning Board recommends that a variance be granted, and WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered this applica- tion, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI: That the recommendations of the Advisory Planning and Zoning Board be and the same are hereby accepted and the variance is Granted. La Goy, Lot 10 and N 12.5' of Lot 11, Block 1COCOPLUM TERRACE,, to construct a single family residence on this non-con orming lot under Sec 20-26 (A) (b) of the zoning code.
