The reason for changing this request is 1. At the time the application was made we did not want to designate the usage, as we were at that time negotiating the purchase of the print shop. At this time the purchase has been consumated and we can state the use we want to make of this lot. 2. we intend to build a very attractive building with a colonial fronton it. Mr. John Ferguson has been employed as our architect. 30 we are attaching herewith, a petition signed by Hattie V. Hughes , who lives in the first house on the west side of this lot; Clayton E.Collins , who has the Laundromat to the west; Mr. Penney, who lives in the first house on the East side of the lot; Mr. and Mrs . Edwards who live directly across the street from the lo ; and Ernest Parker, who owns four (4) lots across the street.
