All replacements must be Native Hardwoods, Florida Fancy Number 1 with a minimum height
of 12'-0"—14'-0"unless otherwise stated.
1. As per the City's certified arborist, Doug Baker, the trees listed above are considered to be
invasive species and are approved for removal with the condition that they are replaced by
two (2) Oak trees that meet the above tree specifications. Please note that the stump of the
tree approved for removal must be ground and a final inspection must be held prior to the
expiration of the permit.

Good morning Maria I met with James Mcants this morning as per his request at Marshall Williamson as per our
discussion I did not speak to him about any construction or building issues however I did point out to him that the
large tropical Almond tree should be removed the root structure will definitely cause severe damage to the
foundation and the water lines. This tree would have to be mitigated upon permit and should be included in the
ERPB report this tree is not a protected species and would cause extreme cleaning issues do to massive foliage
loss during the winter months and size of the leafs. Also note that I pointed out to James that there is an existing
slab with rubber capped pipes that is extremely antiquated, I informed him this needs to be investigated it may tie
into existing underground pipes that if this is the case it would save funding I instructed James to look into this
with his contractor.

Hello again Stephen I reviewed the location again with James the main tree in the foot print is a Hong Kong orchid
this tree is on the invasive list and we will just have to put in a removal application with Marcus ,there are also
some existing clean outs on a slab however this is very old it could be septic or connections for sewer I do not
know FYI if a drain field is there you may need to have GEO science completed for contaminates I have a
company that performs this service if you need more Info.
