1. INSTALL NEW POOL PUMP, FILTER, & HEATING
EQUIPMENT AT LOCATION INDICATED IN PLAN.
2 PUMP EQUIPMENT INCLUDING FILTER &/OR HEATER
SHALL BE LOCATED ABOVE THE REQUIRED BASE
FLOOD ELEVATION OR FLOOD PROOFED.
3. ALL POOL CONSTRUCTION SHALL CONFORM TO TO
SECTION 424 OF FLORIDA BUILDING CODE.
4. POOL CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE TO PROVIDE
SIGNED AND SEALED DRAWINGS FOR POOL. THE
POOL WILL BE DESIGNED BY THE POOL CONTRACTOR.
THE POOL & PATIO SHALL BEAR ON ROCK OR CLEAN
SAND WHICH SHALL BE COMPACTED TO PROVIDE A
STRUCTURALLY SAFE BEARING CAPACITY. ALL
UNSUITABLE MATERIAL ENCOUNTERED IN EXCAVATION
SHALL BE REMOVED IN ITS ENTIRETY AND THE AREA
SHALL BE BACK FILLED WITH ACCEPTABLE MATERIAL
AND PROPERLY COMPACTED.
5. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL DETERMINE THE LOCATION
OF ALL UTILITIES IN RELATION TO THE POOL AND ITS
EQUIPMENT SHALL INSURE MIN. CLEARANCE
REQUIREMENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL LOCAL
REGULATIONS.
6. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROTECT ALL EXISTING
STRUCTURES FROM DAMAGE AND OR FAILURE BY
ACCEPTABLE METHODS, AS MAY BE REQUIRED.
7. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE
LOCATION & RELOCATION OF ALL UNDERGROUND
UTILITY LINES (I.E., GAS, WATER, ELECTRICAL ETC.) IN
THE PATH OF CONSTRUCTION.
8. ALL GATES FOR PROTECTIVE POOL ENCLOSURE
MUST BE SELF-CLOSING/SELF LOCKING.
9. CONTRACTOR TO INSTALL A 24 HOUR TIMER FOR
PUMP AS PER FLA STATE ENERGY CODE # 505.2.

service are and shall remain the properly of
the Architect and shall remain the property
of the Architect whether the project for
which they were made is executed or not.
They are not to be used in any manner on
other projects or extensions to this project
except by agreement in writing and with the
appropriate compensation to the Architect.
Reproduction of drawings and
specifications without the written consent of
the Architect is prohibited.
