WHEREAS, ROBERT B. GOESER duly made application for
change of zoning from C-2 to C'-3 of the lands hereinafter
described, and

`WHEREAS, the Planning- Board of the City duly held a
public hearing on said application on the 14th day of
!. February, 1967, and
WHEREAS, after holding a duly advertised public hearing,
the City Council finds that .the existing zoning of the property
constitutes an unreasonable usage of the lands and that C-3
usage would be compatible with the overall zoning plan of the
City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA:

legally described, to-wit:

are hereby REZONED to C-3 zone .usage.
The Zoning Director of the City is hereby authorized and
directed to make the necessary changes on the official zoning
map of the City.
