Miami, Florida: Dear Sirs In regard to the equipment to be used in the building L. at 220 N. 4th Street, South Miami, for the purpose of dry- cleaning I. wish to state the following: Item One . The cleaning fluid to be used is one known as synthetic . Its trade name is Per-Chlorethelene and is manufactured by the Dupont Company. It is entirely odorless when exposed to air and is non-explosive, absolutely fire-proof and, approved by all fire insurance underwriters . Item. Two. The method of supplying steam will be the generator type. This generator is equipped with all the safety devices required. It also is equipped with a, forced draft which ent 'rely eliminates any smoke in the area and unlike the 'boiler ty-pe; requires no stack. We wish to assure the 'Zoning Board and Council that we are at all tines ready and willing to cooperate with them. We also feel that we are going. to operate the type of plant which we as operators will be proud of and that it will be an asset to the community. Very truly yours, R. W.
