FLAME AND SMOKE RATING: ALL INSULATION PRODUCTS AND MATERIALS USED FOR THIS PROJECT SHALL HAVE A MAXIMUM FLAME SPREAD AND SMOKE DEVELOPED RATING OF 2VA RESPECTIVELY IN ACCORDANCE WITH TESTS OUTLINED IN NFPA 255. THERMOSTAT SHALL HAVE A MAXIMUM HEATING MODE TEMPERATURE SETTING OF 78'F AND A MINIMUM COOUNG MODE TEMPERATURE SETTING OF 707. IT SHALL BE ADJUSTABLE TO PROVIDE A TEMPERATURE RANGE OF UP TO 10 T BETWEEN FULL HEATING AND FULL COOLING HEATING AND COOLING TO BE NON40NCURRENT. INSTALL REMOTE TEST STATION FOR DUCT MOUNTED SMOKE DETECTOR RTtl2 AND ERV•1. TEST STATION MUST BE MOUNTED IN A VISIBLE LOCATION AND MUST BE MOUNTED 4'-V A.F.F. 28. INSTALL ACCESS DOOR IN SUPPLY DUCT FOR ACCESS, CLEANING AND INSPECTION OF SMOKE DETECTOR 27, OUTDOOR AIR QUALITY PRECAUTIONS. A THE CONTRACTOR SMALL ALLOW FOR NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS DURING CONSTRUCTION AND THEREAFTER FOR THE INSTALLATION AND HANDLING OF REFRIGERANTS ALL WORK ASSOCIATED WITH THE REFRIGERATION SYSTEM AND REFRIGERATION HANDLING SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASHRAE 15.2007. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PREPARE WRITTEN DIRECTIONS BY WHICH THE BUILDING OWNER OR ITS REPRESENTATIVE WILL BE ABLE TO HANDLE REFRIGERANT IN A SAFE AND APPROVED MANNER 28. VERIFY ALL VOLTAGES WITH ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR BEFORE ORDERING ANY EQUIPMENT. 29. FIRE/SMOKE DAMPERS, AS APPROVED BY LOCAL GOVERNING AUTHORITIES, SHALL BE INSTALLED IN ALL DUCTWORK PASSING THRU A FLOOR, ROOF, FIRE PARTITION OR FIRE WALL (PROVIDE ACCESS) REQUIRED BY BUILDING CODES 30. ALL DUCT AND PIPE PENETRATIONS OF EXISTING FIRE RATED PARTITIONS SHALL BE SEALED WITH APPROVED FIRE RATED SEALANT TO MAINTAIN THE INTEGRITY OF THE SYSTEM. 31. CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH THE OWNER WITH ALL OPERATING MANUALS AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS FOR EQUIPMENT INSTALLED. MANUALS SHALL BE BOUNDED IN THREE RING LOOSE LEAVE BINDERS AND INDEX BY PRODUCT TYPE. ALSO A SECTION WITHIN THE MANUAL SHALL BE INDEX WITH NAME, TELEPHONE NUMBER AND ADDRESS OF ALL LOCAL SUPPUERS OF ALL MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENT INSTALLED TOGETHER NTH NAME, TELEPHONE AND ADDRESS OF ALL CONTRACTORS OF THE PROJECT. 32. CONTRACTOR SHALL GUARANTEE ALL WORK INSTALLED UNDER THE CONTRACT TO BE FREE FROM DEFECTIVE WORKMANSHIP, AND MATERIALS, USUAL WEAR EXPECTED, AND SHOULD ANY SUCH DEFECTS DEVELOP WITHIN A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR AFTER ACCEPTANCE OF THE BUILDING BY THE OWNER CONTRACTOR SHALL REPAIR AND/OR REPLACE ANY DEFECTIVE ITEMS AND ALL DAMAGE RESULTING FROM FAILURE OF THESE ITEMS, AT NO EXPENSE WHATSOEVER TO THE OWNER COMPRESSOR SHALL CARRY 5 YEAR FACTORY WARRANTY. 33. The sleeve may rest on the bottom of the opening, and need not be centered. (Fractional dimensions shall be taken as the next largest foot). The sleeve is retained In the wall opening by the use of steel retaining angles (A).
